IBC Bulk Bags are designed and manufactured to your company’s product requirements. Very few are to a standard design as your product will have a specific bulk density, and will flow unlike other products and your plant will be specific to your design and product.

The following are the key elements to the manufacture of specific bulk bag designs. These can be combined in various ways to provide you with your product specific bulk bag.

Filling Capacity:

  • 250kg to 2000kg SWL

Usage:

  • Single trip 5:1SF and Multi trip 6:1 SF

Lifting Loops:

  • Side Seam Loops- Industry Standard
  • Cross Corner Loops-In conjunction with Circular Bags
  • Tunnel Lift- To assist in ease of lifting
  • Single Loop- Made up from gathered body fabric to make loop
  • Two Loop- Again formed from body fabric

Body Fabric:

  • 100 to 240gsm
  • Depending on the weight of the product going in to the bag and how many times the bag is to be used.
  • The body fabric can be coated with Polythene to protect the product from water ingress or other contamination.

Stitching:

  • Standard Herical Stitch is used to form the bag unless Circular Woven. This is used in conjunction with an extra Safety Stitch to increase strength.
  • Where fine powders are being used 'Sift Proofing' is added to stop seepage of product.

Printing:

  • Up to 3 colours with free origination.

Liners:

  • Shaped or formed liners loosely inserted or glued in can be fitted to protect products.
